The buying process — start to finish

1. Browse our catalog — filtered by state, area code, or pattern type.
2. Add to cart and check out — standard Shopify-secured checkout. Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay all accepted.
3. Receive transfer kit by email — usually within minutes of payment confirmation. Contains the LOA (Letter of Authorization) and number metadata your carrier needs to complete the port.
4. Submit the transfer kit to your destination carrier — AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, RingCentral, OpenPhone, or whichever business phone provider you use.
5. Carrier completes the port in 24-48 hours — your existing line stays active until the port completes, then automatically switches.
6. You own the number permanently. No monthly fees from us. The only ongoing cost is your destination carrier's service fee for the line (whatever you'd pay for any other number on that carrier).

Why buy outright vs subscribing monthly
