How fast can I port my number?

Wireless ports complete in 24–48 hours. We send your transfer kit within 1-3 business days of purchase.

Can you find a number not on the site?

No. We only sell the numbers listed on the site — that is the inventory. Once a number sells, it's removed permanently. If you don't see what you want today, check back: inventory rotates as numbers complete their post-release aging window.

Do you offer refunds?

All sales are final — each number is a one-of-one asset and the transfer credentials are released to you right away. We don't offer refunds, including for carrier-side delays or rejections. What we DO guarantee: if a port is rejected on a technicality, we re-issue corrected credentials free, as many times as it takes, until your number ports.
