How do I activate my new number?
After purchase, we email you the phone number, account number, PIN, and carrier type. Share these with your carrier (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) and ask to port/activate the number. They complete the activation on their side.
How fast do I receive the transfer details?
Right after checkout, you’ll get a confirmation email letting you know we’ve received your order. Your number details (account number, PIN, and carrier details) are usually delivered within 1–5 business days, and we’ll send them directly to your email as soon as they’re ready.
Will this work with my carrier?
Yes. Our numbers can be activated with all major U.S. carriers. If your carrier needs anything else for the port, we’ll help provide it when possible.
How long does activation/porting take?
Most carriers complete ports within minutes to a few hours, though some cases can take up to 24–48 hours. Timing is set by the carrier.
What exactly do I receive?
You receive: the phone number, the account number, the account PIN, and the carrier type associated with the line. These are the items carriers require to activate or port the number into your account.
Do you handle the transfer with my carrier?
No. We don’t contact carriers on your behalf. We provide all required credentials so you can complete activation directly with your carrier.
Can I keep the number if I change carriers later?
Yes. Phone numbers are portable. If you switch carriers in the future, request a port-out using your current carrier’s account details and PIN.
Are there any extra fees?
Your purchase covers the number and credentials from Digit Exclusive. Some carriers may charge a port-in or activation fee separately. Those charges are set by the carrier.
Do numbers ever expire?
No. Once activated with your carrier, it’s your number. Keep your carrier account in good standing to maintain service.
